Meetings are a real Fyxer strength
Fyxer advertises scheduling across teams and time zones, booking links, meeting notes, drafts and HubSpot. Otto can propose meeting times against chosen working hours and buffers, and eligible owners can publish a booking link where that feature is enabled. A guest verifies their email before an invitation is created. Calendar availability can change before confirmation; neither app can guarantee a conflict-free slot if another calendar app changes it at the same time.
Drafts and permission
Fyxer's pricing FAQ says it drafts rather than sends email for you. Otto usually returns consequential AI actions for review, but you can explicitly enable automatic replies for chosen senders. That choice should be made in settings, not assumed from a comparison table.
Fyxer's September 2026 prices were Starter $30 monthly or a $22.50 monthly equivalent billed yearly, and Professional $50 or $37.50. Choose Fyxer for its notes and connected meeting workflow. Choose Otto if the main need is a complete mail, calendar and task app with controlled assistant work.
Questions, answered
Will a Fyxer draft send itself?
Fyxer's pricing FAQ says its email drafts are not sent by Fyxer. Check the current product controls for your setup.
Does an Otto booking link expose my calendar?
No. Where enabled, guests see available times, not event titles or other private calendar details, and they verify their email before an invitation.
