The choice
Superhuman Mail is built around moving quickly through email. Its native desktop apps, shortcuts and Auto Drafts suit people whose day lives in the inbox. Otto puts mail next to the selected account's calendar and tasks, so a message can lead to a reviewed reply, a meeting proposal or a follow-up without changing workspace.
What Otto adds
Otto can keep track of accepted work and prepare research, documents or meeting details for review. Saved routines, including the morning brief, run on their schedule and can be delivered by email or push, or to Telegram, Slack or Discord on Plus and Pro, even when the app is closed. Price and fit
The Superhuman plans page lists Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans, and the amounts shown depend on your region, so we give none here. As last reviewed on 9 October 2026, Mail is on the paid Business and Enterprise plans, while the Free plan covers other products in the suite. Compare Mail rather than treating every Superhuman product as the same subscription. Otto has a usable Free tier for one connected account. Choose Superhuman Mail for its focused desktop workflow; choose Otto when mail is one part of the work you want help finishing.

Not as of our 9 October 2026 review. Its plans page lists a Free plan, but that covers other Superhuman products, not Mail. Check the plan before subscribing.
