For a team, a useful trial is a real handoff: who owns the reply, where internal context goes, and what happens when another person picks up a draft. Assess that workflow before comparing headline prices.
Separate personal and team needs
Otto has a Team tier for shared inbox work, including assignments, internal notes and shared drafts. A shared draft is still a draft; it goes through the normal composer when you choose to use it in a reply.
