Otto tells you which limit you hit and offers a one-tap upgrade. Daily or monthly usage resets follow the limit shown in Plan & usage; connected-account and saved-item capacities do not reset on a timer. Core mail remains available.

No. A team starts with 3 included seats for shared inbox work. Paid seat capacity and advanced team entitlements follow the current plan shown during setup and checkout.

Monthly and yearly plans start with 14 days free. Otto reminds you two days before the end; if you keep the plan, the price shown is charged on day 14 and you stay on it. Cancel any time before then and nothing is charged. A promotional grant, like a free week of Plus, has no card behind it, so it simply ends and the account returns to Free; your mail, notes and settings stay exactly as they are.

Yes. Every plan can send a copy of a note to anyone by email address, publish a read-only link, and join notes other people share. People on Otto find shared notes right in their notebook; everyone else gets an email from your own mailbox. Plus lets you invite people to edit your notes together, live, and adds images; Pro removes the limit on shared notes and adds links that turn themselves off.

Telegram, Slack and Discord, plus Otto's own feed, email and push. WhatsApp, Google Chat and Microsoft Teams are coming soon and can't be connected yet. Chat apps need Plus or Pro; Free delivers routines in Otto, by email and by push.

Free has no chat apps. Plus connects 1 chat app and sends each routine to up to 2 chat destinations. Pro allows up to 6 chat apps and up to 4 destinations per routine, from the apps that are live. In-app, email and push never count against these limits.

Otto skips that destination instead of failing the routine. The run still arrives in Otto, you get one notice in the app, and the routine shows a Reconnect link. When you reconnect the chat app, delivery resumes on its own with no change to the routine. Updates missed in between aren't backfilled, but you can send the latest one right away.

By default, no. Chat messages wait out quiet hours, 22:00 to 07:00 in the routine's time zone by default, and arrive when the window ends. You can change or remove the window on each routine. Otto's feed, email and push are never held.

Web payments use Paddle; native subscriptions use the relevant app store. Manage or restore a purchase through its originating platform. Otto does not receive your payment-card details.

Otto stores an inbox list with message details for fast sync. Selected content can also be retained in assistant conversations, notes, shared drafts, scheduled-send payloads, commitments and prepared work. Each has its own storage period. See Privacy & data for the full list, export and deletion.

No. On an eligible paid plan, Focus can organize selected senders in Otto and batch Otto's own notices at the time you choose. Messages still reach Gmail or Outlook immediately, stay accessible in Otto and keep their provider unread state. Free keeps ordinary mail and can turn existing rules off.

No. An eligible paid owner sets an availability policy and shares the link. Guests verify their email, and Otto checks the calendar again before confirming. Times can change between the first view and confirmation; existing links can be turned off after a downgrade.
