Otto tells you which limit you hit and offers a one-tap upgrade. Daily or monthly usage resets follow the limit shown in Plan & usage; connected-account and saved-item capacities do not reset on a timer. Core mail remains available.
No. A team starts with 3 included seats for shared inbox work. Paid seat capacity and advanced team entitlements follow the current plan shown during setup and checkout.
Web payments use Paddle; native subscriptions use the relevant app store. Manage or restore a purchase through its originating platform. Otto does not receive your payment-card details.
Otto stores a mailbox metadata index for fast sync. Message content can also be retained in assistant conversations, scheduled-send payloads, notes and short-lived memory-processing excerpts. Uploaded files and personal/shared memory have their own controls. See Privacy & data for export and deletion.
