Delegate your day.
Otto for agencies
Organize client email, follow-up tasks and team handoffs in Otto Mail, with separate personal and shared inbox workflows.
You just approve.
Keep the client context in view
Start from a client conversation, draft the next reply and turn a commitment into a task or calendar proposal. Review AI-prepared actions before approving them. The selected account determines which mail, calendar and tasks you are working with.
If you use several connected accounts, check the account switcher before acting. Free includes one account; paid tiers add more. Connecting accounts is different from sharing a mailbox with teammates.
Make handoffs explicit
Otto's Team tier supports shared inbox assignments, internal notes and shared drafts. Use an assignment to identify who owns the next reply, and keep internal coordination in the shared inbox tools.
A teammate can use a shared draft in the normal composer and review it before sending. A saved draft is not a sent reply, and a queued action is not proof of completion.
Read about multiple accounts, shared inboxes and shared drafts before choosing the personal or team workflow.
Questions, answered
Is connecting several accounts the same as a shared inbox?
No. Multiple accounts let you switch your working context. Shared inbox collaboration is a separate Team workflow with assignments, internal notes and shared drafts.
Does saving a shared draft send it?
No. Use in reply copies it into the normal composer, where you can review it before sending.
Can I start with a personal account?
Free includes one connected account, core mail, calendar and tasks. AI has an allowance; paid tiers add capacity and features.
