Hi Alex — Thursday at 2pm works great on my end. I'll send a calendar invite and include the deck beforehand. Looking forward to it!

Some replies need a second pair of hands. On any shared-inbox conversation, open the team draft — a shared scratchpad your whole team can write in. It autosaves as you type and shows who edited it last, so a teammate can pick up where you left off and hit Use in reply to drop it straight into the composer.
Saves use revisions to detect a teammate’s intervening edits. If a conflict or save error appears, your local text stays available while you review the latest version and retry. A shared draft is still a draft: Use in reply copies it into the normal composer, where sending follows the usual action flow.
How to use it
- 1Open a shared thread. In a team mailbox, open the conversation you want to answer together.
- 2Write the team draft. Expand Team draft and start typing — it saves for everyone automatically.
- 3Send it. Anyone taps Use in reply to load it into the composer and send.
