Export, disconnect and delete your account
FreeTake personal data with you and understand what account deletion affects.
Open Settings → Privacy & data for export, mailbox disconnection and account deletion.
Export
The JSON export includes personal settings, conversations, notes, snippets, mail index, scheduled work, activity and memory. Large collections download in pages. Uploaded files have download references. OAuth/push credentials, embeddings and temporary processing internals are excluded. Team-owned documents remain with the organization and are not copied into a departing member's personal export. If memory reports an unavailable section, retry its dedicated export from Memory controls.
Disconnect
Use Settings → Accounts to disconnect a specific mailbox. The Privacy control disconnects all Gmail and Outlook mailboxes. Chats and personal settings remain. Reconnect the intended account to resume sync; Microsoft work accounts may require administrator approval.
Delete and restore
Deletion disconnects mail access and signs you out. During the grace period shown in settings, sign back in to restore the account before permanent erasure starts. Once erasure starts it cannot be reversed. Cleanup runs in bounded, retryable batches, including personal files and memory.
Transfer ownership or delete an organization you own before deleting your account. Your personal deletion does not delete the team's independent notes, snippets or shared memory. Deleting a memory alone does not delete its original email, chat or note.
