Connect several accounts and switch between them in a click — work and personal in one place.

Add more than one account and flip between them instantly from the sidebar. Mailbox content and labels stay with their connected account. The selected account determines mail, calendar and task context. Personal settings—including your signature—are currently shared across your Otto profile; per-account alert rules and mailbox-scoped memory have their own controls.

Free connects one account; Plus and Pro add more.

How to use it

1Connect. Settings → Accounts → add an account.
2Switch. Use the account switcher in the sidebar to flip instantly.
