In Work → Prepared, start from an accepted, current commitment. Otto can prepare a basic document or meeting proposal on Plus; research and decks need Pro or Team and must be available on your account. Each result shows its sources, limitations and current version. A queued job is not a finished document.
You can edit a prepared result before acting on it. Exporting to a selected Google account, sharing with a named person and scheduling a meeting are separate reviews. Check the exact version, destination, audience and time before approval. A preparation or model suggestion never sends, shares or schedules on its own. Meeting proposals show calendar availability and note that attendee availability is unknown.
If a source changes, review its evidence and prepare again. If an external outcome is uncertain, inspect Activity and the provider before trying again. Existing results remain readable after a downgrade. General file attachments and arbitrary channel exports are not part of this flow.
