Everything Otto does for one inbox, it now does for the team:
- Handoff brief — before you reassign a thread, ask Otto for a 3-bullet brief: last activity, open items, and the customer's tone.
- Cross-thread memory — when a conversation opens, Otto surfaces your team's prior history with that sender and their company, so anyone can pick it up with full context.
- Smart triage — assign by voice ("give this to Jordan") or let Otto balance new threads across the team.
- Team digest — a daily snapshot of what's open, pending, and unassigned, in your Activity feed and inbox.
Ask in plain language — Otto knows when you're in a team mailbox and acts on the right one.
How to use it
- 1Open the assistant. Press ⌘J in a team mailbox and ask for a handoff brief or the team digest.
- 2Let it triage. Say "assign this to the least-busy person" or name a teammate.
- 3Invite by chat. Ask "invite sam@acme.com to my team" — Otto sends the invite.
