Research before you reply
FreeBring web research into a conversation and review sources before acting.
Ask Otto to research a topic and use the findings in a draft—for example, “Research Acme's product announcement and draft a reply to this thread.” Keep the relevant email open so the assistant has the intended context.
Research uses web sources and your plan's AI/research allowance. It differs from searching your private mailbox or saved notes. Review cited sources and dates, especially when a fact can change. A research result does not automatically become a durable memory, and drafts still follow the usual send flow.
When a source cannot be reached or the research allowance is exhausted, Otto explains the limitation. You can continue drafting with the material already available.
