Plans, limits and purchase recovery
FreeUnderstand what stays free, which upgrades add value, and where to manage a purchase.
Core mail, calendar and task management remain available on Free. Paid plans add higher capacities, more connected accounts and additional AI/workflow controls. The comparison and Settings → Plan & usage show effective limits.
Limits are not all daily. AI may have daily and monthly allocations, while saved-item and connected-account limits are capacities. Hitting an AI limit does not lock your inbox. Freeing capacity by removing an item differs from waiting for usage to reset.
Memory is included on Plus for learning, viewing, deleting and relearning; Pro adds manual additions, editing and voice tuning. Team memory follows the organization's entitlement and roles. Buying credits does not itself unlock a higher-tier feature.
Billing and restoration
Manage a subscription where it was purchased. Web checkout uses Paddle; native purchases use the corresponding app store. If a purchase is missing, use Restore purchases on the originating store account and check your Otto sign-in. Review price and billing interval before confirming.
When credits are enabled, purchased top-ups do not expire. Monthly grants follow the current rollover/expiry policy shown in Credits and Plan & usage. Canceling renewal keeps access through the paid period; account deletion is separate.
