Schedule a send
FreeWrite now, send later — attachments and all, and change your mind right up to the moment it goes.
Catch someone at the right moment instead of at midnight. Use the arrow beside Send to pick a time — a few sensible presets, or any date and time you like.
Attachments come along, however large. Your message waits as a normal draft in Gmail or Outlook, so it's visible in any mail app, and nothing about it is stored by Otto — only the reminder to send it.
Because it's a real draft, you can keep working on it. Open it, edit it, and the version that goes out is the one you left. Cancel and the draft simply stays put — you never lose the writing.
Already started a draft? Open it and it offers the same Send-later choice.
How to use it
- 1Pick a time. Use the arrow beside Send — presets, or Pick date & time.
- 2Check on it. Press G then Q for Scheduled, or find it in the sidebar.
- 3Change your mind. Edit the draft, move it to another time, send it now, or cancel.
Just ask Otto
“Send this tomorrow at 9am”“What am I scheduled to send this week?”“Cancel the email going out Monday”
