FreeTurn emails into to-dos, check them off, and keep them in sync with Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do.
Capture to-dos without leaving your inbox — and they sync both ways with Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do, depending on the selected account. Otto can pull action items straight out of an email, or you can add them by hand.

Work with several tasks
Select tasks in a list to complete, reopen, reschedule, remove their due date, or delete them together. Ask Otto opens a review in chat using the same selection. These actions work with both Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do, on Free, Plus and Pro. AI requests use your normal AI allowance.
Each AI confirmation covers at most 200 tasks from one list. Larger selections need additional confirmations. Wait for completion while the app is open; these are not background mail jobs. Failed or unconfirmed tasks remain available for review and retry. A bulk reschedule does not count as many independent choices for memory learning.
Selections shared with Otto stay temporarily in this app session. They expire after 15 minutes, on sign-out or when you switch accounts. Select the items again if a confirmation says the selection expired.
How to use it
- 1Open Tasks. Press G then K, or tap Tasks in the rail.
- 2Capture. Add a to-do, or ask Otto to "extract tasks from this email".
- 3Schedule it. Turn any task into a calendar event when it needs a slot.
