Automatic replies are off until you approve reply rules in Otto. You can keep the policy draft-only to review candidates without granting send permission. For automatic sending, choose allowed senders or domains, topic limits, active hours, daily reply and spending limits, and a cancellation delay of at least five minutes. Acceptance is separate from AI agreement and a model suggestion cannot grant it.
Open Automations → Automatic replies to inspect the proposed policy and run draft-only samples. After acceptance, Activity distinguishes queued, preparing, ready for review, sending, sent and uncertain outcomes. Cancel before the send window closes, or pause the policy to stop new candidates. Pausing does not recall a confirmed provider send. An uncertain send should be checked in Sent before retrying manually.
This applies to one of your mailboxes and new incoming messages only. It replies to the original sender, not a group. Automatic sending is available only when enabled for your account.
