Outlook & Microsoft 365
FreeConnect an Outlook or Microsoft 365 inbox — the same assistant, calendar, and tasks, on either provider.
Otto supports Outlook and Microsoft 365 alongside Gmail. Connect your account to: read, send, and reply with the assistant; your calendar and Microsoft To Do tasks right beside the inbox; folders, search, attachments, and real-time new-mail sync.
Gmail categories and Important markers are not Outlook folders. Filter actions, label/folder management and search-wide bulk operations depend on provider capabilities; unsupported choices should not be offered. If a requested action is unavailable, Otto explains the limitation rather than pretending it ran.
Sign in with Outlook from the login screen, or add it later in Settings → Accounts. Personal Microsoft accounts connect in one click.
Work or school accounts. Some organizations require an IT administrator to approve new apps before anyone can connect them. If you hit a "needs admin approval" screen, open Settings → Accounts and share the approval link with your admin — they approve Otto once, for your whole team, and then everyone can connect.
How to use it
- 1Connect. Sign in with Outlook, or Settings → Accounts → Add Outlook account.
- 2Use your connected services. Use mail, calendar, Microsoft To Do and the assistant; check the provider differences described above.
- 3Work account?. If your org needs it, share the approval link from Settings → Accounts with your IT admin.
