Version history and comments
FreeGo back to how a note looked earlier, and talk it through in comments with @mentions.
Version history. While you edit, Otto keeps a version of the note every 10 minutes. Open the note's ⋮ menu, choose Version history, preview any version and restore it. Restoring keeps today's text as a version too, so nothing is lost. Free keeps the last 10 versions of each note, Plus 50 and Pro 200.
Comments. Choose Comments from the ⋮ menu to leave a note in the margin. In a team notebook, type @ to mention a teammate; they get a notification and a link straight to the note. Resolve a comment when it's done, and reopen it if it isn't. A badge on the note shows how many are still open.
How to use it
- 1Open the ⋮ menu. In any note, open the menu in the top-right corner.
- 2Pick a version. Choose Version history, preview, then Restore.
- 3Comment. Choose Comments, type, and @mention a teammate.
