Delegate your day.
Email, calendar and tasks
Work from a conversation to a reply, calendar event or task in Otto Mail, using your connected Gmail or Outlook account and reviewed AI actions.
You just approve.
Follow the work beyond the inbox
An email may need a reply, a meeting or a task. Otto keeps those surfaces in one app so you can work from the conversation to its next step. The assistant can help prepare that step; you review the action before approving it.
Calendar offers day, week, month and agenda views. Tasks sync with Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do for the selected account. Check the account, date and attendees when you review a calendar proposal.
Keep manual control
You can read, send and organize mail, manage calendar events and work through tasks yourself. Core mail, calendar and tasks stay on Free. AI requests use your allowance, and a queued or unconfirmed result needs review before you consider the action complete.
Begin with the calendar guide or task guide. If your day spans both providers, the account guide explains how the selected account controls the context.
